Dalian Sunrise Hardware Co., Ltd is one of the subsidiary factory of Reliable Industrial, located at Dalian China, found on 2007. We got certificate ISO9001 from TUV 2008. Mainly products: pins & caps for glass or porcelain insulators, and end fittings for polymer insulators, conform to IEC, ANSI, BS standard.
Total employees is around 100, we have professional technical staff and training system, it will assure to improve continually for technology and quality. We have advanced hot die forging and heat treatment lines, efficient hot galvanization line, profession inspection equipments and method, in order to assure the stable quality.
Annual capacity of pins is around 7-9 million pieces for oversea markets. Mainly customers cover most of the famous glass & porcelain insulator manufacturer in the world. For domestic market in China, we mainly supply for Ultra-high voltage transmission line. Our mainly customers are Sediver ShangHai, and NanJing Electric group, ShanDong Ruitai Glass Insulator Co., Ltd, etc. Our products range is 40KN-1000KN, and we also supply the lower temperature products.
