Company’s main production Equipment at present : One set of Sand treatment line (80T/hour), one set of DISA vertical automatic molding line, one set of SINTO horizontal automatic molding line, Core-making machines, Auto fettling machine, CNC machine center etc. Ability: around 25,000 Tons of the good-quality castings.
Main inspection Equipments: sand property inspecting Equipment, Spectrograph, High-frequency C-S meter, Hardness meter, Tensile strength machine, metallurgical microscope, CMM, Roughness meter, and 3D scanning meter etc.,
Main products and material: caps for glass or porcelain insulators, Valves, Pipe fittings, Flow meters, Automobile Parts and Hydraulic parts etc. Material covers Gray Iron( 150- 300), Vermicular cast Iron (300-500) and Ductile cast iron (400-700), forging steel.
Executive Standards: GB, ASTM, JIS, BS, EN, IEC, ANSI, etc.
In addition, Company also equipped the simulation software of the cast-process optimization , through its use not only saves the developing time a lot but also improves the productivity and quality greatly.
